Immigrant Filmmakers Organization (IFO) is a non-profit membership organization based in Toronto with a mission to connect, support, inspire and motivate immigrant filmmakers and artists in Canada and around the world.

IFO seeks to bring together creators, filmmakers and other media artists from diverse backgrounds so they can gain a better understanding of the key issues they face as immigrants. Thus, the aim is to empower immigrant filmmakers and media artists by developing community networks, multicultural connections, and access to industry resources. Grounded in values of mutual respect and co-operation, we are dedicated to nurture each other’s potential to inspire and educate others.
